Place clutch housing and shaft on a
roller bearing
clean workbench.

Lubricate races and bearing with oil

soluble grease.

bearing in place to prevent damage
to bearing while clutch is being
assembled.
c.  With outer lip first, place bearing
race (2) in position.
d.  Put roller bearing assembly (3) in
position.

Put an external tanged plate in position

fered inside diameter first, and using
3/8-inch flat-tip screwdriver, slide into
position over snapring while prying up on
snapring.

Roller bearing

Lubricate with oil soluble g rease.

Place in position at base of shaft (10).

Lubricate with oil soluble grease.
