Before assembling parts in bores, check shape of valves and plugs to make sure they are in correct position. Be
sure correct springs are being used in bore.
Valves should move freely in their bores by their own weight. If they do not, look for burrs on valve or in bore, and
carefully remove burrs with crocus cloth.

b. Place in position.
c. Using long round-nose pliers, put
