Using 3/16-inch flat-tip screwdriver,
pry up springs (5) and put in brushes
in order marked on tags, with groove
toward screw holes.

Remove tags.

Screw in, and tighten using 1/4-inch
flat-tip screwdriver.
Do not put screws in each rear
holes of the two Insulated brush
holders.

Assembled end
Noting scribe marks, slide in

engaging splines in drive clutch (8).

7116-inch socket and ratchet handle
with 3/8-inch drive.
