43 ft-lb (50.2 - 58.3 N m) of torque us-
ing 15116-inch flat-tip screwdriver bit,
3-inch extension, torque wrench with
112-inch drive, and drive flange hold-
ing wrench.

Flyweight (17) and
a. Turn flyweight (17) side-to-side on
shim (18)
camshaft (10).
b. If flyweight (17) has too much play,
repeat step 23 and add shims (18).
c. Repeat steps 98 and 24.

Put on.
bushing (20)
103. Governor
Two new lock plates
Using 10-mm open-end wrench, screw in
bushing (20)
(21) and screws (22)
and tighten.
