Using slip-joint pliers and wrench pliers,
screw (4), securing
unscrew and take out.

Using 10-mm socket, 3-inch extension,

and ratchet handle with 3/8-inch drive,
unscrew and take out.
b. Get rid of lockwasher (9).

Pull shaft (10) out part way, and take off
rocker lever (11),

Tap with ball-peen hammer and 5/16-
Inch straight punch if needed.
