Injector (9)
Nut (10) and
a. Using 11/16-inch open-end wrench,
pipe (5)
unscrew nut (10).
b. Pull pipe (5) free and turn aside.

Adapter (11) and
Nuts (12) and (13)
a. Using 1/2-inch open-end wrench,
injector (9)
and pipe (14)
unscrew nuts (12) and (13).
b. Pull pipe (14) free and turn aside.

Retainer (7) and
Pipes (5) and (14)
Cover open ends with dust caps.

Two screws (16) and
a. Using 1/2-inch socket, 3-inch
cylinder head (15)
extension, and ratchet handle with
3/8-inch drive, unscrew and take out.
b. Get rid of lockwashers (17).
CAUTION
The injector is damaged easily, do not hit against hard objects.

a. Using slip-joint pliers, take out and
put in numbered holding fixture or tag
with engine position if removing more
than one.
b. Cover head (15) with clean rag.
