Four screws (10)

Using 9/16-inch socket and ratchet hand

and washers (11)

with 112-inch drive, or 9/16-inch open-

end wrench, unscrew only at 9, 11, 1, and

3 o'clock positions and take out.

Use 6-inch extension with 112-inch

drive, where needed.

Using 9116-inch socket and ratchet

and washers (13)

handle with 112-inch drive, unscrew

and take out.

Be careful when separating transmission from engine. Torque converter can slide out of

transmission and fall, causing Injury to you and damage to equipment.

a. Using hoist, move away from engine

and gasket (14)

set down on wooden pallet.

b. Get rid of gasket (14).
