c. Raise the theodolite sufficiently to disconnect the electrical connector (fig. 2-52)

from terminal (1A1J3) between thetbeodolite and GRU housing.

d. Complete removal of the theodolite by raising clear of the GRU housing.

CAUTION

Store the thedolite on a soft clean surface so as not to damage the theodolite mounting pads.

e. Install the upper band clamp adjusting tool (fig. 2-53), using two No. 4-40

by 3/8 inch attachment screws.
