Address Marking
a. Address Label and Tag Apply address markings to shipping containers and unpacked materiel by

means of labels (DD Form 1387) or tags (DD Form 1387-1). Mark the address for transportation priority 1 (TP1)
shipments on red-bordered labels, or tags, and for TP2 shipments on blue-bordered labels, or tags. Mark
shipments to be moved under TP3 on the plain DD Form 1387 or 1387-1.  Apply the address to the
identification-marked side of the container in the lower two-thirds of the side (fig. E-5).
b. Domestic Shipment Address. Compose the domestic address as follows:

TCN: Show the TCN with a space between each of the data elements, e.g., A25TBB 2310 0010
